Arrivals and Departures

Are you new to this site? Are you going on vacation? Are you gonna be gone for a while? Have you just returned from a break or leave of absence? Then this is the section for you! Here you can introduce yourself to the members of the forum, hopefully make some new friends in the process. We recommend that if you are going on vacation, taking a break from RPing, or just leaving altogether, please leave a message here so that the staff know your gone, and so that other members are aware of your absence. In your absence, other members may skip your turn in the posting order so as to keep the RP going and not stall it. Once you've returned, we again, strongly recommend you reply to your previous departure post and let us know that you have returned.

Character Registry

This is where you submit your application for either an Original Character or a Canon Character.

Ikebukuro

A district in Tokyo. It has many mysteries and excitement. (This is where you go to RP after you've submitted and had a character approved.)

Ikebukuro Police Department

This is where you sign up, handle criminals, and anything having to do with cop stuff here. ANY ONE CAN BE A COP JUST MAKE SURE YOU POST A RESEME FIRST. IF YOU HAVE CREATED A CHARACTER SHEET AND GOT IT APPROVE, YOU MAY STILL BECOME A COP.

Ikebukuro Dockyard's

Location of the Yellow Scarves Base of Operations. (The Dockyards are Yellow Scarf territory.)

Ikebukuro Construction Zone

The Construction Zone is littered with unfinished buildings and is normally vacant. The Blue Squares moved in recently and made the place their Base of Operations. (The Construction Zone is Blue Square Territory.)

Kishitani Residence

This is the personal residence of Celty Sturluson, Shinra, and Shingen Kishitani. Everyone else must ask permission before entering.

Apartments

These apartments are for Original Characters only. Feel free to make a home for your character or your Group/Gang as a whole. When making your apartment please make the first post in it a description. Maybe you want to have a garage, a pool table, kitchen, etc. Feel free to make it however you wish. Also include a location for your apartment. (i.e.: Downtown Ikebukuro, Ikebukuro West, etc.)

Shinjuku: Izaya's Office

This is for Izaya only, everyone else who wishes to post in his office must clear it with him first. No exceptions other than Shizuo, Namie, and Celty. Shizuo, Namie, Celty are exempt from this rule. They can both enter at will.

Dollars Chatroom (Dollars Only)

The chatroom for Dollars members. (When posting in this section, your character in the physical world must be on a computer and had logged into the Dollars site. When in this section, every character present must go by their Dollars screen names. With each post you must include your screen name in the post. You must also indicate when your character has logged on to the chat and off of the chat in any chat room. That includes entering another chat room. Each topic made is a different chat room that you can enter. You can only enter one room at a time. When you are logging off of the Dollars site itself, please indicate that in your last chatroom post. When in the chatrooms, your posts don't need to be long or detailed. If you want to make a movement outside of the chat room in the physical world while still logged in, make the movements into their own little paragraph in your posts. Other than that, you cannot move your character until you've logged off.)
